Our team focuses on systemic changes mediated by the neuroendocrine system. We focus on novel non-genetic signaling mechanisms that can cross the soma-to-germline barrier. We are particularly interested in the ability of acute and chronic sympathetic nervous system activation to permanently remodel the heritable (epigenetic) information contained in sperm cells.
